This residential project was completed in three phases, each focused on improving the functionality, accessibility, and overall appearance of the property.

The first phase transformed the backyard with the installation of a coloured stamped concrete patio, creating a warm and inviting outdoor space designed for entertaining and relaxing. The second phase focused on the front entry, where the access area was widened and reworked to improve both usability and curb appeal.

The final phase addressed the driveway. The existing slab was narrow and aging, and the homeowners required additional space to accommodate RV parking along the side of the home. The driveway was widened and a new concrete sidewalk was installed to provide seamless access between the front yard and backyard.

Challenge
The property required improvements in multiple areas, each with different functional needs. The backyard required an upgraded entertaining space, the front entry needed better access and visual appeal, and the driveway needed to be widened to accommodate larger vehicles.

Coordinating these upgrades in phases while ensuring the finished work connected seamlessly across the entire property required careful planning and

We began with the installation of a coloured stamped concrete patio in the backyard to create a durable and visually appealing outdoor living area. Next, we improved the front entry by widening the access area to enhance both functionality and curb appeal.

Finally, we removed the aging driveway slab and installed a wider concrete driveway that allows space for RV parking, along with a new concrete sidewalk connecting the front of the home to the backyard for improved accessibility throughout the property.

The result is a cohesive exterior upgrade that enhances the property's appearance, improves everyday functionality, and adds long-term value.
