Corrective construction and completion of decorative concrete medians at Central City Mall.
Challenge
Deficiencies in previously installed perimeter curbing required the decorative concrete medians to be corrected and completed within an active urban streetscape. The work needed to meet strict municipal standards while maintaining traffic flow, public access, and a high level of architectural finish.
