Challenge
Delivering a new mezzanine inside an existing structure required working within tight spatial constraints while meeting strict tolerance requirements and aligning multiple trades.
Solution
Through careful planning and sequencing, the team completed interior excavation, structural slab pours, embedded steel, and precision stair landings while coordinating closely with engineers and steel fabricators, resulting in a seamless integration of new structure within the existing building.
